College Societies are established to promote co-curricular activities and competencies. It is necessary for every student to be a member of at least one society of his/her choice, to ensure all round growth and development of the personality. Students are advised to contact concerned lecturer-in-charge for the membership. |
| NATIONAL CADET CORE |

The college has an NCC unit for giving the military training to develop the quality of leadership and to inculcate in the mind of students the spirit of service and sacrifice. The cadets will have to attend four hours pared during training period on every Sunday from July to January. Besides the cadets are required to attend training camps. Sant Gadge Baba University, Amravati provides incentive marks for NCC activities. |
| GAME AND SPORTS |

The College encourages students to participate in various games and sports. Deserving sports persons will receive every encouragement from the college. Interested students may contact the Physical Education Department. |
| CULTURAL ACTIVITIES |

Annual Social Gathering shall not be held in the College according to University rules. The College provides ample opportunities to talented students to participate in Youth Festival and various other Cultural activities throughout the year. The College has produced colour holders in the Youth Festival events consistently Various cultural programmes are organised to celebrate the Birth Anniversary of our Founder President Dr, Panjabrao Deshmuh. |
| SPECIAL INCENTIVE MARKS SCHEME |

According to Amravati University ordinance No. 1/85 incentive marks are awarded to the students who take part in the extracurricular activities. The incentive marks will be awarded up to a maximum of 5 % of the total marks of all papers taken together. |

Extension Activities |

Blood Donation Camp, Tree-plantation programme, R.T.O.Camp, Anti-dowry system, Cleanliness campaign and Environment awareness camp are also organized by the institution. The institution also organizes Aids Awareness Campaign and Pulse Polio Campaign. |

Our College runs a centre of YCMU (Nasik) for B.A/B.Com.For seeking admission to B.A/B.Com. courses the candidate must have completed 16 years of age. For appearing preparatory programme there is no condition of pre-education. After passing this entrance examination candidate can complete degree education for detail information contact co-ordinator of YCMU. |

| GUARDIAN TEACHER SCHEME |

On joining the college each student is placed under the personal supervision and guidance of a teacher who acts as a friend, philosopher and mentor and keeps a record of the student’s progress. Every student should contact his/her guardian teacher regularly. For getting scholarships, free ships, admission cards, etc. clearance from the Guardian Teacher is mandatory. |

| IDENTITY CARD |

It is compulsory for the admitted students to display their identify cards at their own. Any student without identity card in the college will be considered as trespassers and shall be dealt with legal action. |
| PHYSICAL EFFICIENCY TEST |

All is compulsory for required to attend the physical education classes. 80% attendance is necessary for students to appear for the P.E. Test at the end of session. The programme will be notified by physical education departments. Failure to appear, shall invite disciplinary action as per the University rules. |
| MEDICAL EXAMINATION. |

All students are compulsory required to be present for the medical examination before a medical officer appointed by the college. Those who fail to appear, for the examinations are liable for a fine or any other disciplinary action. |
